Heather has worked with a diverse range of clients, including professional athletes, CEOs, executives, veterans, actors, musicians, entrepreneurs, as well as individuals from a wide range of personal and professional backgrounds. Her experience working with people from many different backgrounds has given her a deep understanding of the challenges that can come with success, stress, confidence, and finding balance.
Heather graduated with a degree in Psychology and went on to receive advanced training and certifications in clinical hypnotherapy and related modalities. Her work has been featured on CBS and at leading health and wellness events and conferences.
For more than 25 years, Heather has also worked and volunteered with nonprofit organizations serving people in the community, including a women’s drop-in shelter, a residential treatment center for at-risk youth, and a food pantry. This longstanding commitment to helping others continues to shape her compassionate, individualized approach with every client.
With more than 20 years of experience in hypnotherapy, a background in Psychology, extensive training, and a thriving practice, Heather is recognized as one of Colorado’s leading hypnotherapists. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, addiction, self-worth challenges, fears, limiting beliefs, and other concerns, creating a supportive space where meaningful personal transformation can take place.
Outside of her work, Heather loves spending time in nature, traveling, playing tennis, enjoying live theater, binge-watching Netflix, and spending time with her husband and dog. An avid reader, she especially enjoys getting lost in a good book and discovering new ideas and perspectives. She believes that a fulfilling life is about more than achievement—it is also about connection, curiosity, laughter, and making time for the things that bring us joy. She brings that same perspective to her work, helping clients make meaningful changes while creating a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
